zt-180??? with pictures for ID purposes

What is This thing??!!
I bought what I thought was the zt-180 epad. It worked fine for a while, then it started to get slower and slower and more unresponsive. It takes forever to boot and load apps. It would eventually dump all the installed android apps. I know it could be upgraded. But it appears to be some other type "infotmic"... here are some pictures of the insides with numbers and chip names etc...

Here are the pictures any help or direction would be helpful. I just want the tablet to work to its potential
