Greetings: I probably will sound like a major fool, but I received a Zepaid Freedom 10 Tablet for Christmas and I can't do a thing with it, even after reading the how to get started.
Here are my major problems, just to get started:
1. The screen goes black every few seconds.
2. Following the brochure, I'm supposed to have something that helps me set up the Internet. A gear icon. No example of what this looks like. I've touched everything in sight. Nothing. Just NO SERVICE.
3. Click on the app icon - there isn't one. I am following along the status bar and I simply do NOT have an app icon.
That's just for starters - I suppose if I could actually set it up and get on the Internet I would be okay. NEED HELP. I at one point by accident found the globe but don't know where I saw it and can't get it back. Thanks in advance.
