Am I Bricked?

I got a WM8650 (red led when charging, blue led when powered on) from Malyasia and I tired to update the android and now when I try to power it on, it just powers up with a black screen for about 10 seconds, then powers off. Nothing every displays.

Does anyone have any suggestions how to get it back?
