Best 9.7 inch tablet android under 300 usd

I want me a new android tablet screen size 9.7 inch I struggle between these options

1) Onda v973
2) Plows momo19hd
3) TECLAST a10hd
4) Aoson m33

Which is the best tablet price must be below 300 usd and have retina display.
If you know of anyone other than these, I'm open to suggestions

Try a Coby MID9765. It's in your price range and should have an IPS display, which you've misnamed as a retina display. Retina Display is an Apple brand name for a screen of this type but with the density ramped up to about 220dpi or so.

Dude i have no idea that which is the best price android but i suggest to you that you must visit the Amazon or E-bay hope you will be find the best or last choice under your price limit...
