What's the best tablet available for around $200? Would be willing to go up to $250. I will need it for school to view pdfs and would like it to be able to download stuff (torrent) so I can watch shows that I miss while I'm at college. Would prefer either a 7 or 10 inch tablet. What's currently the best on the market?

Also, where can I get the best deal on it?

Too many tablets can be bought at that price. Get a quad core, with GPS and you will be fine.

In my opinion Nexus 7 is nice tablet and also Nexus 7 16gb version is at 199$ now. I really like this tablet because with the Nexus 7 you can easily buy the cheap USB and also other free application to achieve right the use to extra media storage space via USB flash drivers.
