CAC Smartcard reader

I was wondering if anybody has heard of a CAC smart card reader for Android. I am in the military and having the ability to sign into secure sites using my ID would be extremly useful.
I have a Google Nexus 10

I have a Nexus 10 and I was able to connect my smartcard reader for my PC directly to my Nexus just by using an OTG cable. I found an app in the play store that let me read the card. But I'm not able to visit CaC enabled websites.
