can i upgrade my tablet to ice cream sandwich

when ice cream stadwich comes out, can i upgrade to the new OS ICS? and if i can do u know if its a free upgrade or will i have to pay to get ice cream sandwich? and will it work with the latest tablets out or will i need to buy a new tablet?

i own a gateway tab tp a60 32gb
