Cheap Android tablet with GPS

    Any suggestions. I know you can make the Archos 7 a GPS by updating to 2.1 but I was hoping something else is out their.

    The Archos 7 doesn't run Android. Not sure what you are talking about.

    Noticed one, also 7" but Android 2.2 os, much better. GPS should be defaulted. Check here, an Android 2.2 tablet with GPS function

    Interesting discussion going on the Kinpad thread re: GPS or A-GPS. It's important to understand the hardware and software differences.

    There are quite a lot of tablets that have GPS installed out there, in fact probably too many to list. Just note, that you definitely will want a tablet running Anroid 2.2.. even 2.1 is getting out dated very quickly!
