I have forms that are filemaker forms that I converted to pdf files that I want to be able to fill out lines, check boxes and make simple line drawings that snap into neat 90 degree lines, recognition of handwritten notes into text would be great with a place for signatures. any ideas?

That is a pretty complex form, and right now there are not a lot choices. What you are describing is a combination of an Adobe Form and a Handwriting CAD app. There are several different apps that do one or the other, you may have to pick which is most important.

You can try ezPDF, it allows some of what you are looking for, but they are just free-hand line drawings and signature boxes. You can add text boxes for text input as well. It may or may not be what you need.
