Since the Honeycomb update, ESFile explorer is extremely pixelated with huge, but blurry fonts. It is as if the app thinks the screen resolution is much less than it actually is. I've reinstalled to no avail.
One thing I noticed is ES File Explorer doesn't seem to scale on higher resolution screens, but you have the option to either stretch or zoom to fill the screen. Don't know if it will make any difference but you could try the other setting.
