Firmware Update help

My son's bought me a ZTPAD for fathers day this year. I'm having a problem with the wireless (won't turn on). I would like to know how to determine exactly which model I have and what firmware I need to download.

The barcode on the unit is as follows M3gps-1n-k1-sa083 I think it's a Z102 but I'm not sure. Can someone confirm the model I have and what exact firmware I would download to re-flash the unit?

I went to Custom Android Tablet Firmware, Tablet Roms, herotab, stock, viewsonic firmware but don't know which download to select...

Ive had the same problem with the wifi on my Z102 1 gig hz cpu 8 gig mem ver for a log time but never found any help? Did you ever fix the wifi problem? Seems like a common problem? Does anyone know of a fix for a Z102 where the wifi wont turn on?
