Help!!! Locked out of tablet

I bought my sons maylong m270 tablets, powered by android. I'm having problems with all. One is locked and when you turn it on the android displays with an exclamation point. It will not vary to any screen other than this. Is there a way to reset this? I have tried all product sites and customer service. Does anyone have any info???? Please!!!

I found some info on the Maylong website for resetting/upgrading the M-270 tablets. It only applies to certain serial numbers, so procede with CAUTION! Read the instructions 2 or 3 times before doing anything!
