The second time I turned on my new tablet it will only boot to the "android" page and will not go past. I contacted the seller and all they would do is send me what they called a 'refresh' file, which I believe is an image file. They would not tell me how to load it when I can't do anything with the tablet (won't reset with usual button combos and it doesn't have a reset). Can anyone help?! Thank you!
