Help-vimicro fj vortex

Hello, is my first time here.
I bought VIMICRO FJ VORTEX and i want configure my pen of internet.

**Information of my PEN-Mobile Broadband
**Mark:HUAWEI
**Model:E1750

When i connect my PEN to my tablet, i have conection to my provider but in my "SETTINGS->WIFI", i don't have Mobile NetWork Settings?!?!
Now is my question how i can configure my tablet?

Hi My name is Ahsan. I need help. Im facing problem in my Vimicro fj vortex. When i start my tablet a logo appear on the screen Vimicro then after that Android logo appears. I waited a lot for the desktop but nothing happen. It stuck on the logo android. I think there is a problem in its internal firmware. Please Help me in this matter. Thanks
