Help! Wiped internal sd card, how to install from external sdcard in CWR?

Alright got myself in a little situation here. I had installed Vegan and things were going fine until everything started forceclosing, I rebooted, and got stuck in a bootloop.

Read around online and heard I should partition my sdcard to 2048/0. I did that, and well, without thinking before, realized I just cleared the internal storage.

So, I can boot into clockwork, but don't have any way of putting files to flash on the internal storage. And I can't seem to figure out how to access the external sd card (sdcard2) from with Clockwork to flash one of those zips.

Can anyone help me?

Might have asked too soon. Just found this link which explained things:

I used method 3 to copy the zip to the internal memory so I could install it. Back up and running!

Didn't know I could access it with my PC within CW. Guess I'm a noob haha.

Run CW for a full backup, and copy that off someplace safe just in case..
