How big are these screens...?

    Just wondering, how big is a 7 inch tablet screen, and a 10 inch tablet screen? Length by width?

    I trying to figure out if a 7 inch screen would be big enough for me.

    As a secondary question, does anyone read comics on a 7 inch screen, and how is reading web pages?
