    Purchased a syntab7mx tablet for my daughter and I can't seem to make any progress with it. Straight out of the box (once fully charged) I'm getting nothing on the screen except the volume and unlocked icon. No apps.....no nothing. The included directions are quite vague which lead me to believe it is a user friendly device which I am not seeing what should appear. I have tried to reach customer service, but due to high call volume I can't get through. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Customer service with high call volumes? That's a red flag.. If you unlocked the tablet and are stil having problems with it try resetting the device. If that doesn't work your tablet may be defective.. Return it and try out the replacement before you leave the store. No matter the cost of a tablet many consumers are having different problems (minor or major). Sorry your having problems with yours.:(
