Actually it was 50 early this morning when I made it home and I froze my ass walking the dogs!! I used to leave in Ny and I was accustomed to the cold back then but leaving here your body has to get used to high temperatures and then it's hard to adjust to 50,...I know it sounds funny but at 50 I feel as cold as I used to feel at below 0 when in ny. That's how one knows in Miami who is a local and who is a tourist.Locals wear heavy jackets and sweaters when the temperatures drop to 50 while tourists wear their summer dresses!

I hope you and your puppy made it through the day. It's quite possible in extreme conditions like that you could die from embarassment

Thank goodness, I was concerned. I know for a fact that when temperatures reach the almost intolerable low fifties in places like Florida our beloved pets are the first to compromise their dignity in exchange for their very survival
