Kyros 7012 questions

I just purchased this tablet yesterday. Although I am an experienced pc user, Android and this tablet are new to me.

Questions:
1. I cannot use the US Android network...How can I change this?
2. Many of the apps I try to install are looking for a phone number and obviously I don't have a phone with this tablet How can I use these Apps {If Possible}?

common problem, but instead, use the internet to find markets that will work, but first you need to see if (under settings) you have allowed other markets to be enabled. So after that, go online and search for app markets like 1MobileMarket or 1 MobileGames, and another good one is GetJar but limited on amount of apps there. So under your settings check the Applications sub category and then allow other markets . Good luck
