hi there,

my nephew bought himself a hipstreet aurora tablet is running ice cream sandwhich

he made a password and forgot it well he tried to enter it too many times, now its asking for it to be signed into a google account but nothing happens when we do it does nothing, what do we try next?

If the WiFi had been on it would have contacted Google and you probably would have been in. Your only other option is a factory reset. Each tablet has a specific set of hardware key combinations to do the reset, the reset hole is not it. You may need to contact the manufacturer.
