MID 703 Android 2.3 Tablet with WiFi Problem (automatic shotdown

Hi.

When I start on my Tablet, it don´t turn on the WiFi, then I turn on in Settigs and it show "Encendiendo WiFi" (it means "Turning On"), but in a few moments it shows "Apagando WiFi" ("Turning Off").
