I just got an ice cream tablet Mid8042 Colby tablet-----------charging right now. Will I be able to do more on the tablet---4.0 I believe. and when I sign in do I have to change my passwrod having the ice cream tablet?

After you root and install the modified ICS you'll be able to do all sorts of fun stuff.
