Near Miss on dropping tablet

When coming into work today I dropped my tablet that was inside a hard shell case. It only dropped about a foot, and I hoped everything would be alright. When I got to work and it fired up I thought everything was golden until I tried to unlock it, and the touch screen would not work. After checking out the tab I found that one corner of back had popped loose. I clicked everything back together, and prayed as I fired it back up. Thankfully it was working again! So just an FYI, if this happens to someone else, this is what fixed mine.

mine did the same thing but tumbled down about 10 steps!!! popped the back on and prayed just like you did and it fired right up!!! good stuff!

I thankfully havn't had this happen to me yet but it is nice to know ahead of time possible fix befor it happens to help curb any anxiety.

that was a close encounter maybe time for a rugged case?

At least now you know you can access and change the battery.
