I have a Dropship Brand Original EPad 2 WiFi 3G 32GB Version android 2.3 512MB Tablet PC. I can't get it to connect using wifi.
    I go to wifi settings
    Tick turn on wifi
    Add wifi networks
I put in my network SSID security to WEP and enter correct password and save
It takes me back to the first page where the wifi has unticked itself and is off and the only option is add wifi network it doesn't have a search for available networks, I can't find the details I have entered.
I have contacted the site i bought it off and they keep telling me it should just connect.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

Does anyone have any ideas if there maybe a totally different problem as to why it won't connect wirelessly?

It could possibly be router settings. Try changing settings from b/g/n to b/g only. This improved my signal . It kept dropping out even when only 5 ft away. When I did fix it at least stayed on but I had to be within4/5 mettres. Older tablets have weak wifi signal as they have no seperate arial, it is just attached to the pcb.
