Newly bought yet thinks all 16gb are full already?

Recently bought the superpad II and even though the internal memory is supposed to be 16gb it thinks there is no internal storage memory.

did buy it from ebay though, so maybe the spec was wrong.
if spec was lying then I still have 30 days to return it anyhow.
