Novo7 charger

Hi guys,

I got Ainol Novo7 Tornados, but wasn't aware that the only way to charge it is with a PC or laptop, because it only has USB charger. Is there any other way around? Will the USB to Mains adapter help in this case or it won't charge the tablet anyway?

Also, how come it is only charging when the tablet in active? I mean, when it's active, then my laptop recognizes that there is a device plugged into USB, but after 1min after the tablet goes on standby (not switching off), it immediately disconnects from the laptop as if no device would've been plugged. Is that common for Novo7?

hi with mine i had a usb cable and a plug that u connect the cable to but be carefull u get the right 1 amp 0.5 and volts 5 that what it state on my plug it was a 2 pin that i use a uk adaptor for

Get an old cell phone charger from a 2nd hand store USB mini. I am using a Motorola with no problem

hi how long does it take to fully charge with that ?
as the 1 i got takes over 3hrs
