Offline help for documents to go?

Hiya,

does anyone know where I can get offline help with using documents to go software please.

Initial reason for looking is that when using the word processor, if I start a line with a 'tab' it then seems to take that as a default for all future lines and I can't get the succeeding lines to start back at the left margin, which is what I need.
