For the people who worked on the root (that worked - way back when)
did anyone check the bootloader to see if the Vizio would boot FROM the SD card?
I just built a MicroSD card for a relative's Nook Tablet that will boot and run - leaving the Nook basically untouched. In theory, no warranty is voided, as I didn't root any of the internals on the system, I am not even writing to the internals.. I have CM7 on an 8GB MicroSD - the Nook Tablet boots from that card and runs from that card...
Is there a chance that the Vizio might also work that way?
