Photo's on Samsung Galaxy 2 tablet SD card

I'm about to buy my first tablet and am considering the Samsung Galaxy 2 over the i Pad because of the micro SD slot. If I put photo's onto the card, can I arrange them in folders or can I only see them as a string of 5,000 or so photo's on the tablet? Any help appreciated.

You absolutely can create folders and organize the files, much like you would be able to do on a PC.
