power problems

I have superpad 3.
After i switch on the tablet , the the screen get black all the time with word typed on the screen as ANDROID_ it stay like this for hours and i cannot open the tablet...what to do and does any one have idea? Please i need your help

That is almost exactly the same simptoms that occurred to a brand new out of the box Toshiba Thrive. Have you tried reset button, battery removal is not possible on many tablets, so that would not be the other option. Far as I know, only Toshiba has an easily removable battery. Turned out to be DOA, so I bought an Acer instead.
