Red Frame in my Screen - Andriod 10.2 inches

hello , i got an 10.2 Tablet with Allwinner A13 1 month ago , suddenly a red frame appears when i press to go from application to other .

Have you tried at least temporarily uninstalling your active wallpaper? It may be a part of the problem or possibly interacting with something else installed on your tablet.
