Requesting kernel for the 7048!!!!!

    If you mean the sources for the kernel, you can ask Coby for them. They are supposed to provide the sources upon request. From there you can build your own kernel. Unfortunately, if looking for a stock kernel, unless someone provides one you're stuck.

    i need the stock one, what is the procedure to make a copy of the kernel on this tablet? is to put it in the original post for those who read it can do, ty

    Unless our dumps are totally different from the standard, to get a copy of the stock kernel you have to know how to unpack .img files, specifically boot.img as that is the file where the kernel resides. Try HOWTO: Unpack, Edit, and Re-Pack Boot Images - Android Wiki for a starter course.
