I have an .apk for Words with Friends that is optimized for Honeycomb that I downloaded from xda developers forums (Its landscape and works well on Honeycomb from what people have said). I own the Le Pan TC970 which is on Froyo 2.2 and rooted. Is there a way to make this app work on this device with this OS?

I also want to add that I have tried sideloading the .apk I have downloaded and I get an error saying "there was a problem parsing the package."
