Probably you've gotten no answers because most of your questions have already been answered. However...

No Arabic support, the host support should allow you to use a 3G modem, and no upgrade path to Jellybean.

If upgrades from the manufacturer are important to you, then you don't want a Coby.

Well, let me apologize. Coby does support Arabic, although I don't know if it displays right to left as it should. So you should have no issues at all as long as you're not looking to upgrade to Jellybean.
