    hi I need help please...just bought a nexbook 7" android tablet...its not working well. think its frozen and their is a weird screen pop up that wants a password? I never used a password to get on it just swiped the lock key. I tried what was suggested to hold down the on button for several sec... and used restart button as well with a pin. I am frustrated and very upset thinking of returning it :confused: need guidance as well on how to navigate this forum...new to this site. thanks

    The best suggestion I have for you is to take it back and get it exchanged since you just bought it. It may not be worth your time to diagnose the problem based on what you have already tried.
