superpad 3 upgrade

i posted question yesterday about the flash that could help me watch youtube on my superpad 3 i got a reply thank you, in the reply i was instructed not to flash my sp3 or it would turn it into a door stop thanxx guys and i was instructed to checkout a variant flash, i have sp3 android 2.2 4gb mdl# sawee10 android version 2.2 v2.1 #3925 kernal version 2.6.32.9 i realy like the tablet no problems i just wast to be able to watch netflix and youtube is it possible with this tablet and if so where do i begin to start the upgrade or flashing thank u very much great site
