Tablet Does Not Recognize USB

    ASUS ******** Model K004 (ME371 MG)
    I am having ASUS ******** Tablet Model K004 (ME 371MG).
    Tried using the OTG cable to connect my USB pen drive, but the tablet does not recognize the USB?
    Even in the Settings the USB is not showing.
    How to solve this problem?
