Tablet doesnt run anymore

Hi,

We've got an Android tablet 7" Uberoid. Seems like we've got to re-instal firmware, so we did.
After installing the firmware the tablet runned for 1 whole day. Now it's dead again. Only a green block apears when starting up.
What should we do now? Which of the firmware do we have to instal and where can I find it?
