TF101 Gorilla or no Gorilla?

I keep hearing on different forums the tf101 doesnt actually come with Gorilla glass, just a lower quality scratch resistant glass. Even Asus themselves dont promote Gorilla on their website for the 101, only the 201.

However when i bought this from Newegg, one of the listed features was gorilla glass. So i am trying to figure out if my tf101 does ro doesnt have it, and if I need to go after newegg for misleading me.

I remember seeing it mentioned in an ad promoting Gorilla Glass in Rolling Stone magazine, so I'm thinking it does have it.

It has gorilla glass, mine with no screen protection has remined scratch free after months of heavy use.

So far, the only Transformer that does not have Gorilla Glass is the TF300T. TF101 and TF201 were feature tablets at CES in the Corning booth because of the GG.

I have also heard rumors that the TF300 has Gorilla Glass.

One would think that ASUS should advertise this, but it seems they have not. I have a TF101 and have run since mid June without a screen protector. No scratches.

the reason why asus does not wanna say the 300 dont have gg is because then it will be speced higher then the 101.

Actually the 101 has pretty much reached the end of it's life cycle so it seems unlikely that would be an issue. Cornings site usually lists all devices with GG, so a quick check at the link Spider was kind enough to supply should put the issue to rest.

It already blows the tf101 out of the water even without the gg.
