    Toshiba's newest tablet the Excite 10 is now available starting at $450 dollars. The new quad-core 10-inch tablet has some impressive specs and of course Toshiba's excellent quality. Here's a feature recap:
    • Android 4.0/Ice Cream Sandwich
    • 1.2GHz quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor
    • 1GB of RAM
    • 10.1-inch display (1280 x 800 resolution)
    • 10 hours of battery life
    • 5-megapixel front camera with LED flash - HD 1080P video
    • 2-megapixel rear camera
    • WiFi
    • Micro HDMI and Micro USB ports
    • 3.5mm stereo headphone jack
    • Dock connector
    • Full-sized SD card slot
    This is a powerful and robust feature-set! There are 3 models available that only have differing storage capacities. The 16GB model will sell for $450, the 32GB will sell for $530, and a 64GB model for $650. (Currently only the 16GB and the 32GB are available, although you can pre-order the 64GB version)

    I just don't understand why they aren't going with an IPS screen. That's the number one reason I went with an ASUS instead of a Toshiba.

    450 dollars for the 16 gig is pretty steep price
