Updated To Firmware 1030 For the Android 2.1.zt-180, MAJOR MAJOR Problems!!

It took me four days to finally set the USB drivers and burn the image files. I followed instructions to the letter. The result: There's not even a 3G option in my settings! The device won't allow me to connect to my WIFI now whereas it would recognize it immediately when I turned on the device before updating firmware!! The Android Market is gone. There are different files which is fine but I must be able to get online so I can re-download Facebook, Angry Birds etc. Any advice Should I return to the previous settings? Was a good device before the "Upgrade"
