Wifi Connection Problems

I have a Sytabex7-2 7" tablet that says i am connected to my network but will not connect to the internet nor any programs that link to the internet. I had reset the tablet, reenetered the network name and password, i also reset the router as well. Nothing is working, support website has nothing. any ideas or suggestions? thanks

Check and make sure you are using the right security mode (WPA,WPA2,WEP, etc...) Try setting your wifi router to no security (OPEN) and try logging on with your tablet. If you can, your problem is different settings between router and tablet.
