10.2 inch android 2.1 ZT-180 touch tablet fault

Hi all,
Recently switched on my touch pad which has hardly been used since purchace only to find that it won't boot up I only get the Linux penguin pop up then disapear and the word android apear with a flashing under score it doesnt do anything else apart from that.

I've tried resetting using the reset button but no joy. Anyone shed some light what the problem is and can it be fixed or is it dead?

I think you need system reset or System update !
