Hello! i am new to this forum i want to add a question about my android tablet.
i just got a android tablet i was trying to update the firmware through a software on google play store it said the firmware will be update after the restart but when i restarted my tablet the tablet stuck on android logo like forever i've tried everything to over come this even tried to do recovery --wipe_data through adb shell but no luck i have tried to update its firmware but no luck cause i can't go in to recovery menu even through adb reboot recovery i am totally stuck so please if some one can help shall be greatly appreciated thank in advance.
android specs:
384 ram
allwinner 13 rom
7" screen
1Ghz processor
model cherry
