I got that a couple of weeks ago. I think it came from Acer. I didn't download it. Some on another forum were discussing this the last of March.
Got the ICS update today and so far, so good. Everything seems to be working. I have a Gen2 refurb. Maybe Acer keeps track of refurbs?
