Advise on a 10 Inch Tablet please

I'm looking for a ten inch tablet, something with more power than my wife's current Ramos W6HD. Budget $400.00 US.

Things im looking for in the tablet:

10 inch + screen capacitive 1024*600 or higher

Android 3 or higher

SD or microSD expansion slot

GPS

More processing power 2d & 3D than Ramos W6HD it has CPU: AMLogic Cortex-A9 2nd generation core, GPU: ARM Mali-400 independent GPU core.

I have been looking at a Zenithink ZT-280 C91 but is it faster than the Ramos W6HD in 2D and 3D app's ? If not what is ?

Working android market would be nice
