Android 2.2. limitations question

I haven't been following the tablet scene so I don't know what the notice was referring to with respect to the Toshiba 10" tablet: "...there are still doubts as to how this tablet will perform given the current limitations of Android 2.2 for this form-factor. "

What limitations are specific to the 10" form-factor?

Limited screen resolution?? 800 x 480 is bad enough on a 7" screen but a lot worse on a 10" one. Android 3 will have support for a higher resolution.
