I have an Android tablet that my son ordered from China. I have used it a month. I tried to turn it on. It came on and the little green android robot came up the black screen with Android in the middle just sits there and pulsates. Cannot get in to the menu. What is wrong???

Hi Brenda Lynn, congratulations on the new tablet and welcome to the forum. Nice to have you as a member of Android Tablets. I'd suggest you do a factory reset of that tablet.

If there are no instructions for your tablet, try some of the methods for other tablets. One of them will probably work and you won't hurt anything by trying as long as the tablet has a good charge.
