Apex launcher update Question

Well on CM9 Apex launcher has an update but when updated it get's not working error.
wondered if I could get the update working or not? I rolled back the update so the default one works back

I haven't seen any problems updating, on my 9740 which is running cm9, my 8042 is running cm10.

hmmm strange though I can go into the settings of the updated apex launcher v 2.0.3 and change settings, but it just won't show up. well just gonna revert back to to the default one.
