App for Editing (highlighting) pdf files

IPad has an "iannotate" application that allows you to HIGHLIGHT and Insert Comments into PDF's. Is there ANY applications to do this on the apad? Also, is there any PDF converter apps???

Are you on MAC or PC at home or at your job. There are opensource software that will do the trick. Then you save the PDF.

doPDF (freeware)- I use that for everything. I hardly use my printers anymore only if I need a hard copy.
novaPDF (payware) - might be what you need.
